With the Skylight paycard, all ATM and point-of-sale (POS) PIN-based debit transactions require a card swipe and PIN entry, minimizing disbursement-related fraud losses typically associated with paper checks. All Visa signature-based and PIN-based debit transactions are processed through the Visa Network and protected by Visa's Zero Liability. All are eligible for Visa's Purchase Protection. Additionally, cardholder funds are FDIC-insured through participating bank partners.
