Trevor Erxleben, Senior Vice President

Mr. Erxleben serves in a general management capacity at Skylight Financial. In addition to managing the company's overall financial performance, he has direct responsibility for the Marketing department and matrix responsibility for support functions such as Finance and Human Resources.

Prior to joining Skylight in March 2010, Mr. Erxleben served as Vice President of Corporate Finance for Skylight's parent company, NetSpend Corporation. Prior to NetSpend, he held leadership roles at various telecommunications and technology companies, serving most recently as Director of Investor Relations at Embarq Corporation and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Cerner Corporation.

Mr. Erxleben holds a bachelors degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska.

Patrick Brown, Senior Vice President of Business Development

Mr. Brown is responsible for the development and implementation of business strategy and overall growth of Skylight's corporate portfolio. To Skylight, Mr. Brown brings more than 15 years of experience in the financial services and the payments industry with companies that focus on serving the underbanked and underserved consumer.

Before joining Skylight and its parent company NetSpend, Mr. Brown was founder and CEO of Procesa International, LLC. Prior to that he was President of Euronet Payments & Remittance, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide, Inc. Mr. Brown joined Euronet subsequent to its acquisition of Continental Transfer, of which he was a co-founder and served as chief operating officer.

In 2006, Mr. Brown was named honorary vice consul for the Mexican consulate, the first position of its kind in the United States. He acts as an adjunct professor teaching courses on economics and international business.

Mr. Brown has a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and bachelor's degrees in economics and finance from Wingate University.

Calvin M. Holman, Chief Information Officer

In his capacity as chief information officer, Mr. Holman is responsible for the technology, operations, client services, and Customer Care for the payroll channel. His extensive background is in a diverse set of technologies ranging from mainframe to server-based systems. Mr. Holman previously worked as chief operations officer at TSYS Prepaid. Under his leadership, TSYS Prepaid more than doubled the number of accounts on file, established a new processing center in Europe, and expanded its intricate load network. Prior to TSYS, Mr. Holman worked at Paymentech, a developer of merchant-oriented technologies for acquiring institutions. Mr. Holman reported directly to the chief operations officer at Paymentech, where he directed the company's research and development team for emerging technologies. Mr. Holman was responsible for creating the Paymentech e-business division and for making the Internet a profitable channel for them. Mr. Holman began his payments career at TSYS, where he worked for 17 years in a range of technical leadership positions in card issuing and acquiring. Mr. Holman was a critical player in such milestone events as Bank of America's initial conversion to the TS2 payments engine and the implementation of AT&T Universal Card Services.

Mr. Holman earned his bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY, and served in the U.S. Army for more than five years before he was honorably discharged as a captain. Mr. Holman earned his master's degree in business administration from Columbus State University.
